Opening night of the Philadelphia Collection, set the standard for head to toe “swag” across Philadelphia.  The designers and creators who helped to make the Collection possible came together at the swank Arrow Swim Club in Northern Liberities.   The Philadelphia Collection events will take place at 75 different venues accrosss Philadelphia until Sept. 24^th. “ The Philadelphia Collection is all about style and encouraged designers to keep their business in Philadelphia. Philadelphia has a style that should be showcased all across the country,” Mayor Michele Nutter said.  Rubbing elbows with the next Alexander McQueen does not happen everyday.  “The Philadelphia Collection helps to showcase the moves we are making to become a respected city in the name of fashion,” F.B.H the Agency producer Kevin Parker said.
