Thanks to Conrad Benner, a freelancer for Phrequency and blogger, we've been illuminated on some wheat pastes that are simultaneously troubling and inspiring in the Fishtown vicinity. Ms. Amber Lynn, an avowed "passionist," is actually making art out of the process of a woman getting gastric bypass surgery. Therefore, she's calling the Project Gastric and she's got a blog for it, too. Can't wait to see where she's going with this.
