Free People Comes To Rittenhouse

by Melissa Alam
Free People opens a new store on Walnut Street!

Everyone’s favorite boho-chic women’s clothing store, Free People, has recently opened their third storefront in Rittenhouse Square (King of Prussia and Ardmore’s Suburban Square comprise of the two other locations for all you suburbanites). Located now on 16th and Walnut, Free People is right at home with sister brands, Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie, only seconds away from one another.

Formerly occupied by Newman Galleries, the new Free People space is a 4,000 square-foot, bi-level storefront tastefully decorated for the “women with intelligence, spirit, humor and independence.” The loft-like store is fashioned wall-to-wall with vibrant colors, prints, decorations and stylish accessories. You can find all of your current trends from Jeffrey Campbell shoes and crop tops to jumpsuits and bodycon dresses—a little bit of everything for the girl trying to make a statement in the city of brotherly love.

Open seven days a week, this Philly-based brand is bound to be the new hot spot for downtown fashionistas in need of some unique, artistic inspiration and the clothing to match!
